Welcome! My goal is to provide you with high-quality personal training services to help you stay active, strong, and independent. Please review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and professional working relationship.
1. Personal Training Sessions:
Sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.
Each session will last approximately 30-45 minutes unless otherwise specified.
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to maximize their session benefits. Sessions that start late will still end at the scheduled time.
2. Payment & Billing:
Payment is required in advance of all training sessions unless otherwise agreed upon.
Packages and session fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit card.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
A 12-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the trainer’s discretion.
4. Health & Safety:
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations before beginning training.
Clearance from a healthcare provider may be required for certain conditions.
The trainer is not responsible for any injuries sustained during training unless due to negligence.
5. Liability Waiver:
By participating in training sessions, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with exercise.
The trainer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health complications that arise during or after sessions.
